Where's txt files??

Where's all .txt files like campaign_script.txt or descr_strat.txt or descr_battle.txt?? I like to make some changes in these scripts, so how do I do to find out these files??

They no longer Exist, you need to use the DBEditor to edit files and PackFileManager to Make mod packs, there are alot of tutorials.
