Is there a tutorial to Add Units and a Faction to another map?
The mod for 300 is a bit unrealistic. The spartan royal body guard only numbered 300 and they had two kings, yet in 300 you can have lots of such units. Plus, Sparta did not rule greece. Nor was Greece united, they only had an alliance. That was one of the advantages Persia had, save for some rebellions. The provinces they had are not quite accurate either. Persia had a lot more of thrace and the islands and anatolia minor than what is in the map. This adds up to give Sparta a wholly unfair and unreal advantage. Not every leader of the greeks would have had Spartan royal body guards (athens or corinth would not have them for example). Spartan armies are way too large too. In the Platea battle, they are relatively equal in number, when in fact, they were outnumbered by the Persians at least 2 to one. And the spartans did not have all Spartan troops, at its GREATEST power and strength EVER, Sparta could only Field, 9,000 Spartan troops, the rest were allies, subject states, helots or such. This is also not reflected in the game. Greece should be several factions, Thebes should be a neutral that leans toward persia. So, I want to use a bigger map and more units to reflect the realism and diversity of the time.

Try this subforum: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=191
And this thread maybe: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=195838
(The purpose of 300 is not to be historically accurate btw, but simply a porting of the 300 movie to TW. And the movie wasn't exactly painstakingly accurate.)
