    Default Adding Bodyguard units to city barracks

    Hi,

    I was wondering if anyone could help me add body guards to a city barracks? I mean, in the same way they are in castles, so that when they are recruited you get a non-family member character.

    Which would you prefer and which version are you using?

    Oh and which level of settlement would you like them to be available in? e.g. stone walls, large stone walls, huge stone walls, etc.

    In red at the bottom of that list of units I've stuck in the bodyguard unit used by Venice.

    So basically you can find whichever unit you like within this file, and then simply copy and paste it into the building you want it to be recruited from.

    stone walls would be great. (from city watch up to the top level barracks)


    As for the example you gave me, it works, but only for "Militia Drill Square", I dont know quite how to implement the change for the other building levels. I'm not very good at this I'm afraid.

    OK just extract this Attachment 55415 to your \data folder.

    It will give all the southern european factions generals from 'city watch' and up.

    If you're using the 'character based recruitment of cavalry' script then this unit will ignore that restriction.

    Let me know if you have probs (I haven't tested it)
