Although it is fairly easy to change government type from absolute monarchy to constitutional one or to republic I can't find a way to change republic to absolute monarchy. Any help?

And I couldn't change Absolute Monarchy to Constitutional Monarchy.I had my nobles rebel at the start of the game... only to install a new absolute monarchy.
alhoon is not a member of the infamous Hoons: a (fictional) nazi-sympathizer KKK clan. Of course, no Hoon would openly admit affiliation to the uninitiated.
