    Default Guilds

    Since yesterday I am playing Stainless Steel 6.1 again. Currently I am playing with Venice and got offered the Explorers guild in some cities. But I dont know how guilds work. How do I get/trigger them and what do they exactly do? Which guilds are recommended for which cities? I did use search but couldnt find anything useful about guilds related to SS.
