Marius Reforms
Hi peepz,
i had a question about the marius reforms, i dont like playing with the early republican legions and i usually cheat my way up untill the Marius Reforms so i can play with the late imperial legions.
in vanilla i just needed to get me a huge city, but how can i get the reforms in RTR:platinum from the start?
thx in advance, megas mikos

Re: Marius Reforms
In RTRPE the reforms are triggered the same as in vanilla rtw. Build an imperial palace in one of the italic settlements(except Rome). And I hope you know that in RTRPE there are no praetorians, no urban cohorts, no lorica segmentata legionaries and otherwise no imperial roman units. Just republican legionaries and cavalry.

Re: Marius Reforms
Hmmm ok so i did have an imperial palace but only in rome, thx for the help friend! And i like early republican legionairies with mail armor too, the thing about vanilla is simply that the units are too bright and the campaign has too few provinces and is simply too small in my oppinion.
Thx again, Megas Mikos
