Mongol Unit Depictions!
I have finished playing this game as the Khwarezmians, and that I deeply appreciate the efforts of participants who forge this modification into shapes. However, I realise that there is something wrong with the Mongol depictions, mostly due to the inheritance of the original Medieval Total War 2. The early Mongols, according to my knowledge, wore armours influenced heavily from China, particularly of Song dynasty. The chest was protected by two rectangular lamellar sheets. This armour was first found in Wujing Zongyao, a book on military technique of Song dynasty, then was widely depicted in modern art. Also light armours in the fashion of the late Qing dynasty were also used, I think. The armours found in the mod and in the original Medieval is somewhat inaccurate, with a heavy emphasis on the army of the later Golden Horde. The style changed actually! I saw some masks in this late phase of the Golden Horde, and generally band armours as well. I think there exists a shift of style from China into Central Asia, blending with Kievan armours as well.
So just a suggestion...
Thank you!

Re: Mongol Unit Depictions!
The next versions of RealRecruitment and Battle for the Baltic will both feature more accurate Mongol rosters
