I would prefer to see barbarians removed, because the greek cav is slightly weaker and one could always hire barbarian mercenary cavalry. Another reason could be that gallic swordsmen and skirmishers are already present in the roster .

This way you can have hellenic phalanx, gallic auxiliaries and spanish cavalry.

I would give the Massilians either Long Shield Cavalry in the place of Greek Cavalry, or replace Militia Hoplites with Iberian Infantry.

The faction symbol looks excellent as well.

Ok, so new cavalry roster: tier 1 is Greek Militia Cavalry, tier 2 is Long Shield Cavalry, and tier 3 is the Royal Squadron (same as Macedonian Cavalry, the name change goes without saying).
