Diadochi: Total War has map textures similar to that. There's also an add-on for Extended Greek Mod that adds the DTW map textures to it.

You can do it yourself without too much difficulty, so long as you have M2TW. Just unpack all of your M2TW data files. Then copy the contents of your M2TW\Data\Terrain\Aerial_Map\Ground_Types folder to the same folder in RTW.

If I recall the files are named the same, so you should not have to do more than that. If you want to tweak the textures then open your RTW\Data\descr_aerial_map_ground_types.txt file. It lists every texture file used for each type of ground in every climate on the map. The first file listed is the one you see in the summer, the second in the winter.

Oh, and make a backup copy of your RTW\Data\Terrain\Aerial_Map\Ground_Types folder first. I suggest renaming it something else, then copying the M2TW folder over. That way you can always go back to the RTW textures if you want.
