Problem: None of the Kingdom campaigns / kingdom mods, will start.
Cause: Its possiable kingdoms patch v1.05 may be the cause to the problem.
Solution: Do not install kingdoms patch v1.05. Re-install ME2 and kingdoms campagins (Fully. Remember to delete left over files).
OR talk to securom (The CD protection company) about getting additional technical support/fix.
Evidence: This post and another recent post both had simular problems. http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=295742

Not from the CD
Not from the computer
No matter which auto-run procedure (or other system) I choose, the same message in a small gray box keeps popping up:
"Please insert the original 'Kingdom' CD/DVD"
The correct CD1 is in the hard drive. I've also tried with CD2 but that doesn't work.
Currently Medieval 2 has the following mods available, installed on my computer:
- Retrofit v1.0
http://www.twcenter.net/forums/downl...o=file&id=1581
- Hotseat campaign
http://www.twcenter.net/forums/downl...o=file&id=1961
- Unlock All Factions M2TW
- Clouds across Europe v1.4
I play with the ME 2 gold edition version (assuming its the US gold version version as there is no version for Australia).
ME 2 has been updated with patches:
v1.2 and
v1.3 (gold edition's come with v1.3 patch)
Total War Kingdoms Patch US v1.05 (gold version) has also been installed for the kingdom campaigns.

I have re-installed all of the kingdoms campaigns 2 times each, and re-installed Kingdoms Patch US v1.05 (gold version) 2 times.
Kingdoms campaigns did work previously before the patch 1.05, but I'm not certain.
I do not believe this to be a hardware problem, most definitely something to do with one of the patches that have been installed.
If any additional information is required, I can support answers.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
