Well the basic issue is that there is something wrong with the 'normal' textures (they add the shinyness). With vanilla units it can be 'fixed' by reverting to the original normal textures.
But the ideal would be for someone that knows about these normal textures to fix them. The look nice on metal, they just suck at cloth (I think it looks like lycra
)... and they cause some kind of 'jaggy' effect on shields I notice.

Yeah it is really noticeabe on Sicily because they wear white. All the peasants are using Daz i guess

You can rid of the shine if you turn of "Bloom" in the Graphics settings, i think.

I'm not a big fan of the bloom effect either. And the 'reflections' look good on some models but horrible on others.
