    Default New here, need help

    Hi, first post here.

SS is great so far, but i have a few questions.

Can I keep playing after the trun limit? I am thinking I can.

Can I stop things from advancing, like if I wanted to stop advancing troop trees before they got to gun powder weapons?

But the map looks great, and the units are really nice, played a few slug fest type battes with even numbers of foot troops, english vs viking, and the armor really made the battle, the vkinings inflicted very little harm, while my longbow men destroyed them.

I like how this looks to be set up, that armor playes a bigger part in battles.

    Great job on the mod.

If you want to stop things advancing I think the best thing to do is to go on the Modding Workshop and see if there's a thread on it, I don't think it's an in-game option...

If you're running RR you probably can't stop advancing - some units are available in a certain period of time and often possibility to recruit them ceases as the time goes. You will also have to wait for some units to be available til a given event occurrs (like inventing plate armour etc).

Sounds like they belong to Elgin to me... They're yours really.
