I want to apply for betatesting RS II.

1. Well, I haven´t done this for RS, but for EB 0.8 and 1.0 in the faction progression thread (3 campaigns from 280 bc till ca. 130 bc.).

2. I think I am mature enough to keep my mouth shut .

3. I have a better-than-average understanding of computers (at least I think so) and I´ve been playing S:TW, M:TW and R:TW since 2001 so I´ve seen a lot of error messages - mostly after "tweaking" some files.
I´am also part of the Pirates Ahoy! modding community (Pirates of the Carrebean, Age of Pirates 2 etc., you can find one of my projects here), doing 3D stuff, so spotting graphical glitches and the like should be no problem for me.

4. My english is a bit rusty but I do get my point across (most of the time, that is )

5. Uh, well, not on twcenter, Í´m more of an orga (330 posts on totalwar.org since 2006).

A bit more on my person:

I´am 28, studied economics, got self-employed, started playing computer games in the early nineties, started modding with Morrowind´s great TESCS and, as I already said, I´ve been playing TW games for almost 8 years, so I know the engine - and its shortcomings -pretty well.

Why did I apply for RS II betatesting?

Because after reading the forums for a couple of weeks you guys seem a very passionate, polite and humorous bunch of people, developing a great RTW - mod and it would be shame not to help you that (I like bug hunting, actually).

And I want to kick some seleukid ass with pergamon... j/k
