    Default 7 years war

Hello, I have two questions about this war, perhaps you can enlighten me:

What hapened in Africa during this conflict? You know with the British and French colonies, was there any fighting done in this continent? Beacuse the british apparently won Senegal.

And just to have a little context of the world outside the fighting countries, what was the Ottoman Empire or Japan up to during those years?

Japan => (relative) isolation (it would remain in that state till Perry showed up in the 1850's).

Africa => the British captured Senegal in 1758... is it weird that there isn't a lot of mentioning about the war in Africa? Nopes... Africa as you may know was hardly colonised at the time, much unlike the Americas, Africas time was to come at the end of the 19th century.

Ottomans => mainly left to their own devises, they don't always need to go to war you know they could have their hands full dealing with their own internal problems, with - irrc - at the time they more or less did.
