Apparently Beck is accused by people who disagree of asking leading style questions, so this is the question where they demand he prove he didn't do something as some sort of gotcha thing.

much as I dislike the man and his politics, until a case is taken to a judge I will not believe that of him.

If its just some random rumor- not even a popular one considering this is the first ive heard of it- and he addresses it, it becomes sensationalized. I mean if less than .1% of his audience hears about it, and he randomly screams "I didnt rape and murder that little girl!", kind of uh, going to be an issue.
