How can I mod to allow Georgia to build the USS Constitution?

In my Georgian campaign, I'd like to build the USS Constitution. This may be random, but it's my favorite ship in game. Does anyone know how?

This ship is surely only american. You must activate it in units_to_exclusive_faction_permissions.

1. Look for the ship there, add new row and change the faction name to the faction name you want.
2. Look in units for the row where the unit can be build. If there is a special place, change it to global.

This is not the best way, but the best without much modding.

You need the Pack File Manager and the DBEditor. You can find them in workshop/tools.
