[HELP]: unit_models folder doesn't show (after unpacking)

I restarted work of HTW on my new computer, where I installed m2tw and kingdoms. I unpacked all correctly (clicking the .bat file). Everything shows fine, all the folders. Except one, unit_models.

So I downloaded the Kingdoms Great Campaign mod, which had all the units' meshes and textures. This time I could see the units from Kingdoms Expansion (Ireland, Teutonic Order...), but not the ones from m2tw, they just don't appear.

Other things: I have Vista.

I gave it a try and it doesn't work. It all the same.

Can you expand on this a little more? Why didn't the /unit_models/ unpack correctly?
