    Default New Texture: Model black

I have a problem with a new texture for the "the blue and the grey" mod.
I tried to replace a new texture for an old texture, I made. The old texture works for the mod, but when I tried to replace it with the new texture (same name), the model ingame is black.
How could that be possible? Its the same name and it should work..
    Any suggestions?

Black models in game usually mean that the mesh cannot find the texture it needs. Are you absolutely - absolutely sure that the file reference in warscape_animated tables is exactly the same as the file reference in textures? I only ask this because I once spent days trying to work out why a loc file wouldn't display my text, only to find out that I had made one very slight spelling mistake. Sorry, but that's all I can think of.

Until now this problem was always fixed with the right alpa or with fix the name of the file like ludo said.

Well.. the old texture I made is shown ingame correctly.
The name is called "iron_brigade_diffuse" .. now I changed this diffuse and didnt rename it. I just replaced it with the new "iron_brigade_diffuse", but ingame the model is just black and that is realy mysterios

Could anybody of you download the mod pack and have a look at the units? Maybe you can see something that is wrong

Hinkel, can you send me the texture I will take a look.

I have been having this issue with a few other textures as well, none of them seem to be the same issue either.
