I have mtw 2 V1.0 I cant update it
when I use patch it always says that i dont have mtw 2
so what can i do and can i use any mods in my version (how)

Have you tried reinstalling and then patching?

It is possible you're using different versions of M2TW and the patch - like one is EU and other US, it could be that they aren't compatible... Also, try downloading 1.2 patch from other mirror.

You have to patch your M2TW to 1.3 version, otherwise BC won't work.

Ok, but you can have EU version of M2TW and US version of 1.2 patch, and they may not be compatible.

I have a Polish language version and there is NO problem with anything

just downloads the patches in your language version ( i need to instal polish version patch 1.2, 1.3)

Here you have all you need, I think. Both 1.2 and 1.3 patches are Euro/US versions, so they should work with either version of the game. Remember to install 1.2 first on your clean M2TW and then install 1.3. Also, if you have Vista, turn off User Account Control and install the game on partition other than C:\ (just in case).
