    Default Changes Not Taking Place in 3dsMax

    So I've managed to get the wild_geese model into 3dsMax. BUT, every time I try to do anything (and I mean anything. Move, scale, what have you) the change doesn't stay changed. The item (the tricorn, in this instance) just snaps back to the way it was before.

    Now, I know I'm a 3dsMax n00b. Anybody know how to fix this assuredly simple problem, so I can attempt to swap hats with a different model?

    You cannot mod any of the units as CA have there own tools and there not released yet!, so dont waste ya time mate

    Umm...here I thought the converter that's being worked on would let me make some changes?

    So I solved that problem, through Stefaneke's help. But now, using the converter to try to export my changes, it's giving some error about bones. Bugger all, really. I only want to swap hats. I mean, seriously.

    Good news on external help from Stefaneke's help, but as for exporting in 3DS max i undersatnd this cannot be done.

    It can be done, but it's still a bit bugged. KE is working on it.
