That imo is the heart of the problem even among some of us "evil fascist, american hating republicans" who support and WANT health care reform just not in the manner being discussed. I mean sheer numbers say we need reform, we pay more % wise of gdp then our european cousins but get less overall coverage of our citizens. I dont want to tinker with quality, decisions resting in the hands of people etc I want focus on people who arent covered and to work on reducing cost for those who are covered but still struggle due to medication costs etc.
