Default Question regarding the 4tpy Script

    Hello, Forum

If I ought to forget to activate the script when I continue my campaign and subsequently save the game after a few battles, does the game inevitably crash when I load up my save the next time? How can I determine if the script is activated (sometimes I´m not sure if I have activated the script)? Thank you for your answers,
    Regards
    Marcel

in 6.4 times i forgot it a few times with no noticable effects on the game. don't know about 7.0

if I'm not sure whether or not i turned on the script i just look at the date and season, when ending a turn. if the season doesn't change it's fine. might need 2 turns to check. it's always better to have a couple of savegames just in case

Usually there shouldn't be problems. Personally i never had any trouble though i forget to activate the script from time to time.

To determine if the script is activated or not you can just activate it again to be safe. And if you forgot to activate the script you can activate it in one of the following turns, the date should jump back into the correct year

Ok, thank you for your answers. If I "activate the script again to be safe"... is there not the danger to disable the script if it was actually in force?

One further question: I´m now in the year 212 B.C. and won already 30 Battles. For interest I looked on the graphical comparison of the participated faction and found out that Brutii and Scipii are listed in addition to my faction and the Senate. The Scipii seem to play the role of the "Roman Rebels", but whats the matter with the Brutii? Also Iberia ist listed, but I thought Spain ins´t a playable faction, unless I´m very much mistaken?

No you won't disable the script by doing so.

    Its simple.
Load the game, LOAD THE SCRIPT. How can you tell - well, use more savegames and as you progress, check if the year raelly has 4 turns and if enemy cities spawn huge garrison. Only way to check really.
