I agree with Eric there isn't real proof on the video that this isn't filmed in Saudi-Arabia.
"Sebaceans once had a god called Djancaz-Bru. Six worlds prayed to her. They built her temples, conquered planets. And yet one day she rose up and destroyed all six worlds. And when the last warrior was dying, he said, 'We gave you everything, why did you destroy us?' And she looked down upon him and she whispered, 'Because I can.' "

Wait I thought it was said this newscast was fake?
Where's the rebuttal?
Where's the counter-argument?
Why so suddenly silent?
sounds about right
I heard AJ talking about this yesterday, more BS from the Mainstream media.
This isn't something especially surprising or hard to believe.
But when the video creator used the word "Sheeple" at the end, it made me want to disbelieve the video out of spite. I hate people who say "sheeple".

There was another fake recently, not really fake fake, but cutting together a video about the violence in Serbia, during the Kosovo independence. I immediately recognized the scene (Budapest, Hungary), it was a Hungarian riot against the government and CNN was labeling it as "Serbian protest".
The media gives misconceptions all the time. For a recent example, even the BBC was giving the impression that the Libyans at Megrahi's return were cheering because they supported the Lockerbie bombing.
CNN has become well known for makingup. It doesn't surprise me at all. Although AJ is so much of a self absorbed fear mongering idiot that if he told me the sky is blue in the daytime I still wouldn't believe him.
Under the patronage of Lord Condormanius (12.29.08)"Yes, I know why the leaf is turning yellow. Its a lack of chloroform."
This was shot outside on a patio. It might be sensationalized, but it was shot outside. This is why I think so:
1) 4:09 there is what appears to be a satellite dish
2) Starting at that same moment we are unable to see past a dozen feet. This is likely because it is (like he said) in the morning, now the date and position of the sun in the sky would have to be checked to see if it is likely there would still be the blackness of night. This also might explain the "studio" lighting, which is likely just the lightstands, which do cast the appropriate shadow behind plants etc.
Oh, and then there's this:
3) 1:58, the shot pans to what surrounds the OUTDOOR patio.
4) 3:36, Man walks behind reporter casting appropriate shadow on foliage, receiving shadows. The only rationalization is "Bluescreen!", but such a bluescreen is not utilized in the first newscast, and it would be unlikely that they would keep parts of the "blue" (which is likely a painted wall of the hotel) WITH the palm trees and bushes. It just wouldn't make sense to have such an ugly backdrop. Just go back to 4:01 of the first vid and you can clearly see it's not a bluescreen.
These things, combined with his ambiguous language when referring to Atlanta and his slamming of Saudia Arabia, point to a REAL but SENSATIONALISED report.
Staged alarm? Possibly. FAKED?
NO.

Only had to see the first video Dunecat posted. I still not convinced that it was faked. In the first video there are times when the reporter goes off the camera, when they are not filming, and the tree to the right of him is still waving due to the wind. Now this could be a blue screen, but when the camera panned to the left later on, well theres no blue screen. Not convinced. Usually the fans are shut off inbetween filming.
Plus considering a lot of news was coming from the middle east in the 90's, then it would be safe to say that CNN would have a couple reporters posted somewhere close, like IDK Saudi Arabia.
