Okay, now I get it! It is not just Saxon coats of arms but a mixture of places along the Elbe, including Czech ones. And this is the spring in which from which Elbe supposedly starts near the border of Czech Republic and Poland, not far from Saxony. Very interesting indeed!
Rules in the OP has been updated, as discussed here.

Why don't you make a guess, Flinn?
Because I suck at this game, terribly. I don't know why, but that's so
(pretty much the same happens with the Catchphrase game )
Let's make an example, if I look at that pic I have to assume that that's somewhere in Greece, the picture is narrow but it even looks like the landscape of Northern Athens.. now beat me if that won't be like 1000 km away from where I guessed

Ancient odeum somewhere Southern Italy?
Cause tomorrow is a brand-new day
And tomorrow you'll be on your way
Don't give a damn about what other people say
Because tomorrow is a brand-new day
I guess some of the attraction in this game has to do with discovery. One can guess, but one can also find out do some detective work, which usually involves seeing cool things and learning about new places. I really enjoyed tracking down the Spring of Elbe just recently, as annoyingly hard as it felt at times.
Just please don't search with the posted image itself. It is completely pointless and involves no skill. We could just take turns repping each other and skip the pictures altogether.
An no, no hint for you yet until I see some effort. These ancient sites as the one in the picture are somewhat distinctive and should be easily traceable.
Okay, so lolIsuck has already located the place but is waiting if someone else wants to participate. Please do!
First identifying what it is and where it could roughly be helps you coin a search for images. You will see some nice locations and perhaps find this one as well. When you do not use the picture itself as the search term, at least I don't consider it cheating.
Maybe.
AoRun is right. Now the specific location. Come on buddy, you can do it!
That's gotta be Cartagena/Carthago Nova, right? I remember including a pic of it in my oral exam I had in Spanish when I was 15. I didn't know any Spanish. Single worst presentation of my life.

Yes it is! I appreciate you using the Latin name and of course you participating here after a while. I sure am glad that I went through a school system with next to no oral exams.
This is a Roman theater from 1 BC, dedicated to the grandsons of the first emperor Augustus (Gaius Octavius), Gaius and Lucius Caesar.
Okay, present us with a geographical mystery!
Lucky you :p
