Perhaps, not really useful as an answer as the Roman empire extended from Hadrian's Wall to Babylon at a time.
    Guess where, maybe?

A wild guess with Google images has shown something like this (different angle, can't tell if it's the same) labeled as Amsheet, Lebanon.

Sanctuary of Apollo Hylates on Cyprus?

    Those capitals do look strange

edit Nabatean aka Cypro-Corinthian apparently. I only found it looking for a ruin with 'unfluted columns'

Well, the proper answer would be "Sanctuary of Apollo Hylates in Cyprus, at Kourion" as the game is "Guess where".

Of course I will count this as a correct answer, there are only so many ancient Greek temples with 'unfluted columns'.
Congrats to Muizer, he has the ground for the next turn.

Well, not "ancient", rather medieval Corinth, this site is call Akrokorinthos.
Since the game is "guess where", I believe this is a correct answer none the less.

To be honest the first vibe I got was "germanic" due to the architecture and my knowledge of many medieval castles overlooking the Reine but I did not know that Reine had waterfalls.
A quick research yielded the Laufen Castle in Switzerland overlooking the Rhine Falls.

The Rhine Falls are indeed what I was looking for.
