I spent a couple of hours trying to figure out which church is this, I only found a very similar one in Ukraine; clearly this must be somewhere in East Europe, but give us some more details or I have to give up

My photos here always show places in Poland. This one is famous (at least for those interested in such architecture ) because it's one of the oldest such buildings in this country.
I have been searching for quite a while and found quite some wooden churches in Poland but this one wasn't one of them.
So here's uncropped version (I was going to mention author after correct answer) of the same photo. Check Panoramio. Village's name starts with "G" and it's close to Ukrainian border.
