Yes, it's not easy to spot the parachute. I went through the photo almost pixel by pixel when I spotted it.

I didn't say it was easy, just not too difficult. The house on the right tells you that the mosque is probably situated in England. And there is convenient London mosque finder (which requires some search). Of course you must presume that England means London beforehand.
The hard thing is that the mosque is located in Haringey, and it's known as Hornsey mosque or London Islamic Cultural Centre.

I saw the buildings around it were western and I started searching for london mosques first and found it pretty fast
