Might be an idea to also look at the general architectural style in the pic as neither guess looks anything like that.

I think it's Eastern Europe. Possibly Sweden as it's somewhat similar to Stockholm.

It is west (and a good bit south) of Stockholm in what used to be called eastern Europe but which really is Central Europe.

This is Eckenförde near Schlesswig in Northernmost Germany. That old silo building has a restaurant called Luzifer in it!

That's easy, it's Toledo. The Tagus river and the Alcazar are quite iconic!

Abdi's got it. And more specifically, this is from the hotel Parador de Toledo south of the city that is known for its impressive view over the whole thing. The objective used here actually does no justice to the place.

Absolutely correct! The early capital of the Arsacid kingdom, it lies next to the border with Iran. In fact, the Russian Empire annexed that strip of land only in the 19th century.

Correct! In fact this very Pagoda was comissioned by a certain Generalissimo in honor of his late mother. I have not been to the Pagoda itself but I have been on a day trip to the Sun Moon Lake it borders. It is quite a beautiful place to behold although that trip was years ago .

I hope this is large enough a picture. ImgBB keeps downsizing the stuff I upload without telling me. Tell me, if I need to upload a higher resolution.
