I know five prominent cities in Saxony: Dresden, Leipzig, Karl-Marx-Stadt, Freiburg and Bautzen.
I am pretty certain that it's not one of the first three, so I will say Bautzen, because of the Emperor!

Yes, you're correct, Bautzen is the regional capital of Lusatia, a region that is once inhabited by Slavs called Sorbs, they're now a minority.
And no, it's not Karl-Marx-Stadt anymore, it's Chemnitz. And it's Freiberg, not Freiburg
