Ofot Fjord?
Ofot Fjord?
Cause tomorrow is a brand-new day
And tomorrow you'll be on your way
Don't give a damn about what other people say
Because tomorrow is a brand-new day
No, unfortunately. I would advise to pay attention to the mountains in the picture that are different from the ones in Ofotfjord area.
Based on the low, black, pointy mountains my guess would be it's Iceland, though I didn't find this scene when I googled that.
"Lay these words to heart, Lucilius, that you may scorn the pleasure which comes from the applause of the majority. Many men praise you; but have you any reason for being pleased with yourself, if you are a person whom the many can understand?" - Lucius Annaeus Seneca -
No this is not in Iceland.
Akhmatov Ford, Severnaya Zemlya, Russia?

Longyearbyen, Svalbard, Norway?
You got it, lolIsuck! More specifically, on the top of Sukkertoppen looking down towards Longyearbyen, which is mostly obscured by the mountain. Sukkertoppen gets its name from the fact that you have to be a total sukker to pay the top dollar for meals and drinks that they charge over there. Just kidding, I guess it means "sugar top" in Norwegian.
That is one of the most unreal places on this planet in my opinion. I recommend some sightseeing on Google Maps. To illustrate the diversity of nature there, these two photos are taken from the exact same place, just facing different directions.

This is a football stadium in Braga, Portugal. Very unique with that cliff wall.
It is indeed Braga's football stadium, over to you.
I don't know. Much of this screams British to me, apart from the cyclists going the wrong way, but I'm not very sure. I checked most major Finnish cities as well as others in the Nordic countries, Germany and the UK but I can't find any which would fit with this.
Thank you for your interest and trouble, lolIsuck! You are in the right direction, and I guess this is hard to research without further hints.
This city is inhabited by a people that are known to be relatively wealthy, very friendly, and not too shy to talk with strangers compared with some other northern Europeans. They rank very happy yet not quite as healthy as some of their neighbours in studies measuring life quality, most likely because they value good food and beer. They do not have much legislation limiting the availability of such things. They also know English exceptionally well for not being native speakers. They have a minor but very distinctive accent though. Bikes are a common sight in this city.
Don't hesitate to ask for more hints!

Spectacular sleuth work, lolIsuck. You pinpointed the very location from which the picture was taken. Would rep you twice if I could. Keep the game going at your leisure!

I had actually quickly looked at Copenhagen as well but overlooked this place at first. The bikes made me think of it but at first glance I didn't see any candidates for this location.

This has to be somewhere in Saxony, but I just cannot put my finger on it.
