I don’t know it could just be the quality of the pic but that water doesn’t look very tropical to me despite the palm trees. I could be entirely wrong though.

I'm guessing that meant it's in Gold Coast, Australia? Unfortunately if so Gold Coast seems to have lots of towers and nothing that looks like the pic comes up on any searches I tried...

Well ..... I found it. It's a highrise building on the corner of Clark st and Hancock street in Melbourne. No idea why this would be well known though.

I'd guess at somewhere in Portugal as it has elements that look like bits of Obidos Castle and bits of Castelo de Santiago do Cacém, not finding a match at the moment though
