I don’t know it could just be the quality of the pic but that water doesn’t look very tropical to me despite the palm trees. I could be entirely wrong though.

Yeah, sorry, I guess it's a bit too vague. It's a fairly well-known building, at least where I come from. I'll give it a little longer and failing that I'll pick something better.

Yep same. They're mostly residential highrise buildings there, with balconies. Also checked nearby Brisbane. Nothing.

Well ..... I found it. It's a highrise building on the corner of Clark st and Hancock street in Melbourne. No idea why this would be well known though.

I'd guess at somewhere in Portugal as it has elements that look like bits of Obidos Castle and bits of Castelo de Santiago do Cacém, not finding a match at the moment though
