    Default Remove player-movement-follow

    Well... hi xD

If you want to lower time between turns you just have to put the camera to the left corner (where everything is water), there a turn takes ~40seconds, while in the middle of the map, it takes 1.20minutes or around (on my pc).

Ok, i have a little problem with that, its cool bcs it reduces time between turns, but problem is that when my units move (multi-turn movements at the end of turn), my camera focus on them, and it isnt on the left corner . Some1 know a way to avoid this?
Or make them move at the start of next turn instead at the end of current one.

Just toggle "follow AI moves" off and hit space continuously. There are no other "tricks" that could be used, but you can move your units wherever you wish before you end the turn (of course)!

Moving to an empty part of the map during turns defonately helps with speeds.

If you end turn while looking at a busy area with loads of trade boats and armies moving about such as constantinople your computer has to process all that while also processing the turns. The idea is to give your PC the least ammount to process possible so all that processing power can be used for processing turns.

It also helps to use a fairly low campaign resolution and turn of campaign shadows.

You can test it out if u want Put campaign resolution very high with campaign shadows on and start a campaign. Turn fog of war off and end turn in a busy part of the map and time how long it takes.

Then do the same again with low campaign settings and place camera in southern africa. You probaly wont notice any difference is you have a good computer. But if your computer is fairly average you should notice a significant increase.

well resolution its all up to the GPU, you wont notice difference there (unless your gpu sucks), best to do is zoom a lot before turn ends :X
