silvan elves stats better than high elves?

hopefully its not the addon i have from dea paladins units that makes silvan elves stronger or so but somehow they are and im not sure if that is correct?

Have you compared the numbers? All I do know is that The High Elves have more armour, are more expensive, and have Heavy Cav.
