Well, IMO Dacian Highways > Chinese Walls.

Srsly, they where known to got very high craftsmanship going on, but if they where "the best"...who knows, maybe they where good but pretty slow as well, it was not like they had UEFA masonry tournaments in those days.

I am sure they are, but I wanna know more about this Institude, which is publishing some interesting things on sites like angelfire. Is it a credible source?
