    Default EK mini Campaign

    I have think about potential of EK for long and found that it would able to served many roles
    1) Minor Faction to trade and fight (like it currently is)
    2) Scripted threat for main campaign and mini campaign like Zarax's proposed "Truceless War" or my plan for main campaign Tocharian invasion scripts.
    3) Their own mini campaign for some interesting minor factions to fight interesting roster with short term goal against great power.

    But to do these at full potential must be....Here is my proposal....
    1) Give full regional rosters to EK.
    2) Set new recruit system by use preset hidden resource to dictated the regions of EK roster set.
    3) Hidden resources could be use by mini campaign by set EK hidden resource to be the same for whole map to set EK to have only 1 rosters set.

    I need to review hidden resources, we are just about out of them, but I think with some creative juggling, I can get more use.

    Expand your borders, a mod based on XGM 5.

    Truceless war would be comparatively easy, it requires minimal changes from Vanilla.
    Just move Sicily and south italy to Rome and add a few merc stacks to EK.

    Remove all carthaginian barracks at game start and you're done.
