    I went on banners folder but I can't open any of them

    You need Photoshop or Gimp for .tga files, and the DDS pluging for .dds files. You will also need the texture converter to change the .texture to .dds

    I try to open the banners with gimp and it says error can't open or something like that

    none of those tell me how to open the files with gimp, I can't edit the banner files with gimp

    The banners are *.texture-Files. You must convert the Files with Alphaca's Texture-dds-converter. Then you can open them with Gimp.
    Note: You must have installed the Gimp-dds-plugin for opening the dds-files.
    All two Utilities are here to download, but if you don't find them, I'll give you the link to download.

    Or do you mean the mesh-files???
