    Irreversible.

Bar none, nothing comes close, I was actually disturbed after watching this film, it haunted me for days. Horrific and it really pisses you off too.
You need a strong stomach to watch that film imo.

Although nine minutes of rape is pretty bad to.

Seen CH, it's so fake looking compared to todays standards, I find it hard to take it seriously.

The surreal aspect makes it more disturbing to me, but I always found The Wizard of Oz freaked me out to.

There's a movie about a mentally handicapped torso (no arms no legs) woman kept in a box underneath some dudes bed who takes her out to. . .you know, and then puts her back in the box and back underneath his bed. Supposedly it's his sister. Someone finds her and helps her kill him by a poison in the mouth but he dies on top of her and suffocates her (presumably), or maybe she just starves, whichever- freeing her from her horrible existence. I don't know what it's called and only ever saw on dubbed VHS when I was about 17. Don't think it even lasts movie length is more just like the sickest thing someone could think of and made it a breif 70s grotesque horror flic.

Ima go vomit now and try to resurpress the memory of that one.

Do not watch this film if you are an empathic person.

It will make you feel mad, angry, and disgusted at the world. It will make you want to destroy something.

It will definitely stay with you for a couple of days.

Exactly, this thread was specifically created to that film, there's a reason why it's called irreversible

Event Horizon also has some hardcore scenes too.

I can't really think of any movies that ever disturbed me much. Though I don't watch much movies, especially not some self indulgent 'intellectual' crap like that irreversible sounds like.

Nekromantik was just sick. The things in Silent Hill didn't scare me, but it disturbed me.

Parts of it. The entire plot was just... insane. The cheesy music and acting kinda ruined it at some times (like the beheading of the old guy), but in general the movie was just mind-boggling and disturbing.
