    Default Roman campaign question?

Does anyone else start out against 3 full stacks of Greek Rebels... 2 full stacks of roman rebels and 1 full stack and a 10 star general celts to fight? lol? because I could do this in XGM pyrrhos was easy then that other stack was easy because i didnt loose that much most of the time and i had rome reinforce me...but this time i beat him then was attacked next turn by another general a full stack just a strong and that other full stack thats usually there... I lost obviously and then built up in rome for 2 turns while being sieged on and off by them. After i had another couple principes i attacked and won by using some hill tactics but i barely had any units left. next turn i used what i had to capture their city figuring it stop them from popping up. Turn later 2 full stacks of roman rebels come up outa nowhere and siege all my southern cities...next turn i tyr to build up again but they take both cities nothing i can do against that...then turn later a full stack of celts who i allied and i figured wouldnt bother me cuz they never did in XGM came outa nowhere with a 10 star or w.e the highest star general is and sieged my northen cities lool...basically i quit because i dont like using the force diplomacy scipt just to save myself io nly use it if the ais attacking me repeatedly when it has like 2 cities left ( not its capital ) and just spamming militia units. is it just me or is this suspose to happen lol? because i have no idea what to do to counter it its happened 4xs in a row and even on medium/medium lol Im just like i dont suck at campaign...i beat Vh/Vh in XGM with macedons and RTW vanilla with just about every faction why cant i do this lol...

Try the senate campaign, you won't have to worry about rebels.

I'm a little late, but if you really have trouble, force diplo a peace with the Indie Gauls so you can concentrate on one front. Still difficult with Carthage landing assault parties near Capua, and the RR and Indie Greeks in Italy and Sicily, but it helps a lot. And the gauls won't immediately break the peace like some factions...
