    Default Recruitment Points issue

I am trying to duplicate what I did with other Total War games when I made it so that all army recruitment buildings could train full stacks. buildings come up with no recruitable units, just a blank UI, no unit cards, etc.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    building_effects_junction_tables\building_effects_junction (patch.pack)
Changed the value associated with all buildings under recruitment_points and naval_recruitment points to 9

    units_tables\units (darthmod.pack)
Changed the value under Turns to Build to 0 for all units

I am not sure where the error is.

Run into this problem before, it has to do with your cities having too many recruitment points. For example, in a major city like London, you get recruitment points from both the Barracks and the Government Building (Palace, or what have you), so upping either to 9 will mean you end up with 9 plus whats added by other buildings.

To get around it you would need to eliminate the recruitment points generated by either the Barracks or the Major_Government building, and up the other to 9, as well as upping the Minor_Government Buildings to 9 (as Major and Minor Settlements have different Gov Building trees).

Though, if you still have the problem, it might be because on the 'Easy' Campaign setting, the game grants you an additional recruitment point in all settlements, so you may have to settle for 8. Whether this will interfere with other difficulty settings, I haven't a clue.

If you're modding the Native Americans, you would need to look at some of their town buildings, since some add recruitment points as well, if I'm not mistaken.

There is no cut-off, government buildings have 2 separate trees, one tree for major settlements, and one tree for minor ones. Visual aids tend to help, so:

Here is a picture of \building_levels (I used PFM 1.11b as it can sort columns).

Government buildings with "minor_" in front of their name are in the "government_minor category", meaning only 1-Slot cities (Brussels, Alsace-Lorraine, Stuttgart, and Cologne for example) may build them.

The other government buildings of the "government" category are built in 4 and 5 Slot Cities (London, Paris, and Berlin for example).
