is it possible to change city names? i would like to change the capital of courland into Mitau.
i would be great if someone could help me!

I am not sure but try this: Extract localisation.loc as TSV (with File Pack Manager) and search for entries like names_names_..._X (X is the existing name) in column A. In column B should be the on screen name which you have to change.

local_en.pack. When you make your changes make a pack file only with the new localisation_loc which you will save as "movie" pack type. Place it in your data folder and do not activate it (there is no need).

At first you use the old version of ESFEditor, get the new one v. 1.4.3. At second if you change these entries you'll get a CDT.
