Default What the  does it mean???

sorry for the title, this is no question, just a very weird thing that just happened to me

    its only 7th round!
I conquered Isengard and marched for dunhil (I dont know that settlements name) when this army, army from round 50 btw, attacked me... incredible
I am not even sure if I am going to win this battle

(there are 2 more warg units that are ,,hidden")
Yea I know the name is terrible, but it's not really finished.

Is it my laptop or have you just made two identical threads but one with an image?

Garrison script is the problem btw. I erase mine. Much more realistic.

In reality cities would have time to draw upon local militia before a siege or even during a siege. If the city was particularly known for it's military training, it would be no surprise that many of the drafted soldiers would be of high quality. Just because it's too difficult doesn't mean it is not realistic.

EDIT: If you (or someone else) attacks an AI city and then abandons the siege, then the city is left with the army drawn during the siege. This army could include high-quality late game troops

So why did Gondor lose the battle of Pellenor Fields (until the army of the dead arrived) if they had a garrison script?

    Olog Hai are not militias.

if I made 2 topics I am sorry, it was an accident.

in the end I won without any problems, the orks are just much bigger cowards then I though. But still - this kind of army in 7th round?

oh and by the way, it wasnt a city garrison - it was a field army

Just be glad that there were no Isengard Berserkers! You would have been pawned.

When playing Rohan get used to the idea of Isengard getting extra armies when you play VH/VH setting.

The army is not from a city.

It spawns to the WEST of Talsir almost every single game I play Rohan.

Not only that, but if I put a full stack even IN THE AREA of Isengard, a smaller army (usually with units currently available, plus a couple of Pikemen) spawns in the area as well.

Remember, to defeat Isengard, first you have to eliminate all of their field armies before you even think of laying siege to their first city...and don't try Isengard until VERY LAST.

yea and I am not complaining about SIEGE drafting. But this army just came to me in the field. And I am not realy complaining about AI spawning, but about ,,level" of these soldiers, these soldiers should be ready around round 30, so making an army like this would take you until round 40

I also had that .. Then i had this small force to stop them , wich i couldnt (they lost bout half their men though) , and then they recaptured Isengard .. It's normal

well I won the battle with 200 dead men

I dont know, something is wrong - I never lost a battle, unless it wasnt impossible to win (2 units coming back to town to retrain get ambushed for example)
In battle in which I have 2000 men agains 6000 orks, I lose 200 and kill all orks

Though they sweep over our lands like the sands of winter, never again will we bow before them; never again endure their oppression; never again endure their tyranny. We will strike without warning and without mercy, fighting as one hand, one heart, one soul. We will shatter their dreams and haunt their nightmares, drenching our ancestors' graves with their blood. I avoided the garrison script by placing my army next to Isengard, but not besieging. Eventually I was attacked by a field army, the Isengard garrison joined as reinforcements, and when they lost I gained the citadel.

You need to kill all evil factions asap when you're rohan .. Edoras is the most common target of invasions ...

well this script make all ur tricks useless, it funny to see the AI fail really bad sometimes, but then to see that all the sacrifices to distract one main stack, leads to another full stack....kinnda dissapointing, mostly becouse, i joined all my armies into 1 stack and a half and left the other settlements empty, and my economy messed up, while i see the AI with extra money and and extra full stack cuze of the script

some people might like these chalanges, so would i, but im not a battle expert yet so it kinnda crushes my happy moment of AI epic fail

oh yea, and I get Invasion on Edoras in round 12
but its Ok, i have no problem defending it and I think there is the last Invasion army on the way, I already destroyed 6
