Advice on Wireless Routers

I've been using an old Belkin Wireless Router for the past 2 years now and as I have bought a new computer thought it might be worthwhile upgrading that too. Can't say I know much about the techy side to routers but thought it worthwhile asking for advice on what to buy and for those who know about these things to look at what I have already been browsing at.

SITECOM WL-308 Wireless 300N XR Gigabit Gaming Router

D-Link Xtreme N Gigabit Router DIR-655 - Wireless router + 4

These are what I have had my eye on but which is better, I just don't know. If anyone has any recommendations that would be cool as I can afford more than these but it would need to be worth it (of course ).

I'll be using it with both my PS3 and my PC but also we often have the computer and laptop online at the same time so if it can multi task well then that's a bonus.

PS. I know already it is always best to use a wire but in this house it just isn't feasible without knocking down walls. Something my landlady won't be interested in.
