Default Need a replacement for a burning tv...

My tv started to make a camp-fire out of itself yesterday, so I'll need a new one. I'd like a decently sized TV, at least around 30", that can double up as a pc screen. Are there any TV sizes that are best for doubling as monitors and are there any brands or particular TV's that I should look for?

Are there many more tv's that do this? And what is the maximum size that I should be looking for?

Generally around 30". But you can find some great 40" TV's that excel as PC monitors, pricey though. You are talking around $1500.

Most HD LCD TVs these days come with VGA (Computer Monitor) Inputs...its just a matter of the quality of the TV and what resolution you want to run your computer at. If you have any 1080p content you wish to playback (say a PS3 game console or Blu Ray player), you obviously want to get a TV which supports that. Otherwise, though, if that is not the case, you should do fine with a 720p/1080i TV with a decent resolution for computers...meaning you might not have to necessarily spend the $1500 BarnabyJones is talking about...then again, it's all up to you on how much you are willing to spend.
