I am trying to duplicate what I did with other Total War games when I made it so that all army recruitment buildings could train full stacks. I have that mostly worked out, except for the Military Academy where this building comes up with no recruitable units, just a blank UI, no unit cards, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
