    Default Recording audio from movies

I would like to record only a small musical part of a movie and get that small part converted to mp3 or any similar audio format...preferably an audio format that can be burned on CD's so I can listen to it with the car stereo

So is it possible to make an audio recording (not the primitive way where you hold a mic next to the speakers) of a movie? help me please

Why not trying to extract audio form a movie. You can do it with Vegas, but there's only one audio track, so you can lose the stereo or even Dolby Digital 5.1 channel sound. Or you can try to search another program to extract audio from cds (something like ReJig, but for CDs), and then, using Sonic Soft Encode, do it for much longer, but the results will be better.
P.S: If you need more help, send me PM
