Making Irregulars?

Well I made some Saxony Units a while back, one I called Forrest Jaegers which were a Saxony version of the british Rangers but used normal light infantry models and required light infantry doctrine to get, though cost just a tad more than normal light infanry, but when irregulars now get their new formations I would love to lower their effectiveness an dmake them work similar to rangers and other factions who get early light infantry like irreguler units, problem is I can't get them not to work like Light Infantry, they stay in perfect formation, eta eta. I really don't know what to do to make them not do this.

change there training to mob Lumina in unit stats land that will give them the ragged formation indians use.

Rabble training is a bit more ordered than mob as an in between formation.
