The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.- George Orwell
I have used mines before, but they auto-detonate when the enemies come in range.

lol, that would be nice![]()
Hah, generals are weak enough in E:TW that you should have no difficulty destroying them if you can find any army to engage. XD
If mines were detonated rather than automated, one could wait for an enemy general or something to cross, rather than having them triggered by firelock armed citizenry. Of course there would have to be someone hanging out somewhere nearby with a long rope. >_>
ok stupid question but how do you even use the mines i have played through 3 GCs and never got to use them
LOL. Didnt know we had mines. lol
you can get the mines by entrenching (staying still for one turn) and most (i think, never played austria) get them skirmisher units will get them. the thing with that photo is that i think that it is artillery not light infantry using it
strange i have had the chance to entrench as almost every country with almost every type of unit and i have never seen them...
Wow, those buildings are nice and big, another feature removed...
