I'm playing as Solanki Rajputs and I've tried to send an army through the Himalaya, with no luck

Is it unreachable?
Superb mod by the way. I love it (especially the ghosts Bedouin camel fighters without camels

)

Post the info with a screenshot in tech forum so the modders could fix this.

The unreachable is only reachable through the cheat move_character command to the coords. I always take the area to dump the grey and be anal about my conquerered lands....

Its to make the minimap look prettier and not have a settlement to the south of the mountains control Tibet. The same is done with Arabia, since historically no large armies moved through the interior and those regions weren't really part of the factions ingame.

Isn't "Solankis" derived from "Chalukyas", a Rajput clan? So, The Solanki [Rajputs] = The Chalukyas = Rajputs of Solanki/Chalukya clan, isn't it?

This isn't merely a surname, Rajputs were not an united people/cast, and they were fighting each other, weren't they?

Yes, but I'm not sure what are you referring to, right now... In BC there are no Rajputs in Himalayas, because Himalayas are inaccessible. The nearest Rajput clan to Himalayas in BC are Chauhans.

I don't know that cheat, but I don't think it will give you any benefit. Those are ghost regions, marked on the map only to fill the spot - that's their only purpose.

I haven't played BC but Himalayas must have been made or represented by high mountains(RGB value=196,128,128(Pink color)) in mapping and they can't be crossed unless another accessible tile is placed in between them like in Alps mountains of vanilla mod.

And there is no such thing as ~~Solanki Rajputs~~. Rajputs is a warrior caste and Solanki is a surname belonging or having a Rajput ancestry.
Like Akshay Solanki<--A Hindu Name. A famous example would be Vikram Singh Solanki an English cricketer of Indian(Rajput) descent.

Solanki can't be found near Himalayas as they belong to the western part of India and Himalayas are in the northern part so you will find Jamwals and Garhwals(Both are rajputs) there for eg.

Post a screeny as mentioned above and name the faction having it. As they might not have it's ownership(camel type) in BMDB file.

Even though I am greek, I would not play Byzantium, I can't stand the hymns! The indian music in the game is much better. I hope they add some priest unit for the buddhist factions in 3.0!
