You have to uninstall everything, and reinstall RTW

Re: How to unstall all files...?
And its sound advice to do some registry cleaning. Helps too a bit sometimes.

Re: How to unstall all files...?
What you can do if you want to try this or other mods later is that after you have installed RTW, you can just make a copy of that folder so you have 2 identical folders. After that, you can mod the other folder. If you don't like a mod, just delete that folder and copy the "clean" folder again and try something else.
Other mods are modfoldered, but SPQR is not, so I've never tried that

Re: How to unstall all files...?
There is a thread about modfoldering SPQR which you can find using the search option in forum. Also, in my signature you will find a detailed way on how to do thing Ejergard described

"Uninstalling" is not enough, you have to manually delete the folder before trying to install it anew!
